I do take courses down from time to time to update them so there are specific enrollment periods.  

You certainly can still make sourdough bread around your work hours. Which is why I’ve created custom guided recipe checklists that fit into every type of schedule. I’ve created a recipe checklist specifically for nine to five work schedules so you can create delicious bread around your busy schedule!

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your login details – please bear in mind that this can take up to 1 business day.

I’m sorry to hear there’s an issue with the payment page!   Please check that you’ve entered the correct details and that the card you’re paying with matches the address you’re entering.   If you are seeing an error message regarding your zip code, please contact your bank to make sure you have the correct zip code/post code registered for that card. No, we never store any credit card information.  All payments are processed through Stripe, which is a Level 1 certified PCI Service Provider, making it one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available.  All card numbers are encrypted while decryption keys are stored on separate machines.  Rest assured your credit card details are perfectly safe!

While the course currency is USD, if you pay through credit card, you will be charged in your local currency, as per your bank’s/carrier’s conversion rate.  Please bear in mind that you may also be charged a small conversion fee by your bank, but it’s unlikely to be higher than 2.5%.

Sometimes these emails land in the spam and promotion folders and are deleted after a few days.  Please check your spam and promotion folders and if your welcome email isn’t there please contact my support team at support@prohomecooks.com and they will resend your login details.

Your username is the email address you used when you purchased the course.  If you can’t remember what that is, please check where you have been receiving emails about the course, and this will be the email address you can use to log in.
